Anthem, AZ Real Estate – Market Report Parkside May 2012

The Anthem real estate market, as well as the valley as a whole, has really heated up over the past six months.  As you can see from the figures below, although the total number of homes sold in the Parkside in May remained the same as April’s numbers, we can be attribute that to the scarcity of homes in general on the market more than lack of demand.  The number of homes active on the market in the Parkside is only 56 homes.  The average sale price and average price per square foot of homes sold increased over April, and continues to increase year over year.  Currently there are 139 homes under contract, in the Parkside.  Here are the numbers for the Parkside through May 2012:
