The Anthem AZ real estate market continues on a torrid pace. However we are still severely restricted by the lack of homes on the market. Although we did see an uptick of about 17% from June. The year over year average sale price and average price per sq. ft. continue to increase. And the 12 month moving average shows a price increase of 10% from the same period last year. So things continue to look bright for the Anthem real estate market.

Burn rate (Inventory on market / by homes currently under contract) = 2 months supply
Avg. Sale price (Solds): $233,457 (Down 10% from June ’12, Up 4% from July ’11)
Avg. price per sq. ft. (Solds): $93.78 (Down 9% from June ’12, Up 3% from July ’11)
Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 134 (Up 61% from June ’12, Up 70% from July ’11)
