Anthem, AZ Real Estate – Market Report March 2013 Parkside….

The Anthem Parkside real estate market continued on its hot streak in March. The total number of homes sold in the Parkside in March was markedly higher than February’s total, and prices increased strongly.   There are now only 73 homes on the market in the Parkside at this time. Still exceedingly low. We continue to see price increases year over year as well.  In fact the 12 month moving average has increased by 19% versus 2012. Currently there are 124 homes under contract, in the Parkside.
