The Anthem Country Club hit a bit of a lull in September. The number of homes sold dropped significantly from August, to only 2. The average sale price of those sold homes slipped a little as well. However, the price per square foot continued to increase. But with the small sample size it is difficult to gather any trends from this month’s sales. The twelve month moving average is 12% above the same period last year. Days on market decreased a bit too. There are currently 75 homes actively on the market, continuing an upward trend of more inventory coming on the market, with 14 homes currently under contract, in the Country Club.
Long Realty, as a proud sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project, will be participating in the upcoming Anthem Veteran’s Day Parade, Saturday, Nov. 9th. Please come out and join us in supporting our courageous military personnel.
