Anthem, AZ Real Estate Market Report – Country Club March 2014

March continued to show some stabilization in the Anthem Country Club real estate market. The number of homes sold increased over February, and the average sale price ticked up slightly. The days on market decreased, which might signify that we are on the cusp of a buying wave. We’ll keep an eye on that. Price reductions continue to occur, which puts an emphasis on pricing a home correctly from the outset. The 12 mos. moving average sale price now stands at $377,829, 6% greater than last year. And the median home value over those same 12 months is exactly $350,000. The number of homes currently on the market stands at 125, an 11% increase over February, and the number of homes under contract in the Country Club is 16.
