Anthem, AZ Market Report April 2014 – Country Club

The Anthem Country Club real estate market continues to slog along a bit as we head into the Spring buying season. The number of homes sold decreased versus March, the average sale price dropped as well, and the days on market increased dramatically. That could simply mean that homes that were on the market for a while finally sold, but we’ve been seeing an upward trend with that number for the past several months. So it’s vitally important that sellers price their homes competitively in order to sell them quickly. The 12 mos. moving average sale price now stands at $383,001, 8% better than last year. The number of homes currently on the market stands at 117, a 6% decrease from March, and the number of homes under contract in the Country Club is 17.
