June held steady in the Villas real estate market. One home sold, same as May. Currently there are two homes on the market, but none under contract at this time. The 12 month moving average now stands at $137,708, 16% greater than the previous 12 month period. The Anthem real estate market along with the Phoenix market in general has hit a bit of a lull over the past 9 months. However, there is talk of a lot of pent up demand waiting to be unleashed, so we could start seeing activity pick up soon. .
