We saw prices decrease a bit in March, but still the burn rate is down to 2 months now, so based on that statistic we are entering a seller’s market in Anthem. Days on market increased a bit, but again, nothing to be alarmed about. If you or someone you know are considering purchasing a home in Anthem, now’s the time. Here are the lastest stats for the week ending 3/31/09: Active Listings: 229 Homes Pending: 145 Homes sold in last 30 days: 64 (Up 42% over Feb. ’09, up 12% over March. ’08) Burn rate (Inventory on market / by homes currently under contract) = 2 months supply Avg.
