
November saw a bit of a lull in the Anthem Parkside real estate market. The total number of homes sold in the Parkside in November fell significantly, and the average sale price and price per square foot decreased as well. Continuing a growing trend that prices are starting to level off. There are now 150 homes on the market in the Parkside, a slight drop of 7% from October. The days on market increased to 67, and the 12 month moving average price is still well up, 13% versus 2012. Currently there are 64 homes under contract, in the Parkside. All of these numbers continue to suggest a move to a more balanced real estate market in the Anthem Parkside.
