The Anthem Sprint Triathlon is this Saturday, Aug. 23rd at the Anthem Community Center.  Start time: 7am for men

The race consists and starts with a 5k run, 20k bike ride, and a 400m swim in the Anthem Community Center pool.

Athletes of all abilities and ages are welcome.

Anthem, AZ Real Estate – Market Report June, 2013 Parkside

June was very similar to May in the Anthem Parkside real estate market. The total number of homes sold in the Parkside in June increased a bit, but prices flattened out a bit.   There are now 82 homes on the market in the Parkside at this time, same as May, and the days on market increased slightly as well to 60. The 12 month moving average price is still up by 19% versus 2012.  And currently there are 111 homes under contract, in the Parkside.
